My “WHY”

Liv Out Loud came to me during a time when I was feeling a little lost. I wasn’t sure who I was anymore, or who I was going to become. I knew there was something more waiting for me, but I needed to reconnect with myself to uncover what it was.

I was doing all the things I was told to do—buy the house, get the job, be in the relationship—but it just wasn’t filling me with purpose. It prompted me to pause and truly check in with myself. As we grow older, take on responsibilities, and become these “adults” we’re supposed to be, we often forget to check in with ourselves to see if we’re living in alignment with our true wants and desires, or if we’re just going through the motions.

This wake-up call led me to Liv Out Loud—a space for rediscovering our true selves and living unapologetically and authentically. I wanted to take up space, be unapologetically myself, and inspire others to do the same. So I started to peel back the layers that had built up over the years—the conditioning, the expectations, the fears—and step into the woman I was always meant to be.

Like anyone on a journey of growth, I faced challenges that could have held me back. I had moments of self-doubt, made mistakes, and experienced a slew of setbacks. But I learned to see these hiccups as opportunities for growth. It wasn’t easy—there were tears, fears, and insecurities—but instead of letting them define me, I allowed them to shape me into who I am today.

One of my biggest struggles was finding my voice. For a long time, I wasn’t sure what I wanted or how to align my life with my true desires. There was a deep disconnect between the woman I was showing the world and the woman I knew I could be. It took years of peeling back layers, confronting fears, and battling self-doubt, but I found my way back to myself. It was through this process of healing and introspection that I unlocked my own sense of power and purpose.

Today, I can confidently say I know who I am, and every day I take steps toward embodying my authentic self. Embracing my voice and living with intention is empowering, but it took a lot of work to get here. I’ve learned that healing isn’t linear—it’s messy, beautiful, and often painful. There are still tough days ahead, but I’ve come to realize that every step, even the challenging ones, is worth it.

Liv Out Loud was built on a holistic foundation, one that honors every part of who we are—mind, body, and soul. I believe true alignment comes when we nurture all these aspects of ourselves, and this philosophy is the heart of everything I offer.

The journey toward self-discovery and empowerment isn’t just about shifting our mindset or focusing solely on physical health. It’s about integrating and nurturing our emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical well-being. It’s understanding that each piece of us is connected, and that healing, growth, and alignment come from nourishing the whole person.

A holistic approach means we can’t ignore the emotional blocks, limiting beliefs, or disconnects that we carry within. We have to address and clear them out so we can step into our truest, most powerful selves. It’s about honoring our needs and desires on a deeper level and committing to practices that fuel our growth—whether through movement, mindfulness, spiritual connection, or emotional healing.

In my own life and coaching, I’ve learned that true empowerment comes when we embrace and align all parts of ourselves. That’s what I want to help women do through Liv Out Loud—rediscover their whole selves, heal where needed, and take bold, intentional steps toward the life they’ve always dreamed of.

When we live from a place of balance, authenticity, and alignment, we start to live out loud—unapologetically and with purpose.

Through this journey, I learned that our true power comes from within, and when we embrace our authentic selves, we unlock a life full of purpose, freedom, and fulfillment. Liv Out Loud became more than just a vision—it became my mission to guide others to do the same: to live boldly, embrace their truth, and honor their unique journey. And now, I invite you to join me. Let’s rediscover our power and live out loud, together.🫶
